1) مقدمه:
چرا لیسه جمهوریت میخواهد در انترنت یک صفحه از کارها و فعالیت های خود را داشته باشد؟
کی آن صفحه را مکالمه خواهد کرد؟
کی علاقمندی و دلچسپی به این مکتب دخترانه بکابل دارد؟
در طی چندین سال گذشته متأسفانه شاگردان و معلمان سال های قبل این لیسه در تمام دنیا مهاجر شده از وطن .........و پاشان شدند. آنها راجع به وطن شان افغانستان عزیز، مکتب شان و دوست ........قدیمی شان فکر میکنند صفحه ارتباطی انترنت میخواهد منحیث یک پل عبوری از دنیا دور به خانه باشد و این امکانات را که ارتباط بین شاگردان و معلمان آنوقت این لیسه و از شاگردان و معلمان فعلی این لیسه قایم و مستحکم نماید و در آینده گسترش بخشد.

     Warum wagt sich das Lycée Jamhuriat mit einer Web Site ins Internet? Wer wird sie lesen? Wer interessiert sich für dies Mädchenschule in Kabul, ihren „Ehemaligen“- Verein?

Die vergangenen Jahrzehnte haben frühere Schülerinnen und Lehrerinnen in alle Welt verstreut. Sie denken an ihre Heimat, an ihr Afghanistan, an ihre Schule. Die Web Site schlägt eine Brücke aus der Ferne nach Hause. Möge über das Internet die Verbindung zwischen den Ehemaligen und den Heutigen, zwischen der alten Schulzeit und dem jetzigen Lycée Jamhuriat wieder zustande kommen und in der Zukunft wachsen. 		    Why a web site for the Lycée Jamhuriat? Who will read it? Who is interested in this High School for Girls and its Alumnae Association in Kabul?

Over the last few decades, former students and teachers of the School have been scattered all over the world. But they have never forgotten the place where they were born and raised and where they went to school, their Afghanistan. The purpose of this web site is to serve as a bridge from these remote places to the native country. We hope that the internet helps to re-establish and encourage the relationship between the alumnae and the present-day students, between the past and the Lycee Jamhuriat of our days. And we hope that this is the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship.
